Complete & return the Data Entry Forms

Submit your team photo, high quality digital

Prepare deposit (25% of participation fee) for bank transfer. (We will prepare and forward an invoice based on the details provided in your returned Data Entry form.)

Send flight information

Monday 26 April

Deposit for Participation Fee to have been paid;

Forward parent representative contact details.

Monday 17 May

Submit Swimming & Athletics entries on supplied Excel forms
Monday 24 May Overseas teams to confirm all flights and additional travel requirements;

Forward all medical / dietary issues/ requirements

Pay remaining 75% of Participation Fee


Monday 31 May


Details of any roster changes due to injuries / illnesses to be submitted in writing
