The Chief Executive Officer is appointed by the Board of Governors to undertake the management and development of Tanglin Trust School according to the policies laid down by the Board of Governors.

The School is staffed with more than 190 full-qualified faculty staff, 56 Teacher Assistants and 175 support staff with backgrounds and experience to reflect the nature and needs of its student body and its administration.
