A MESSAGE FROM CRAIG CONSIDINE, CEO
At Tanglin, school life is not simply preparation for something in the future. Every day of a child’s school life is important and should be looked forward to with excitement and anticipation.
Each child is unique and their needs change as they grow. Knowing them, inspiring them, caring for them, challenging them and collaborating with them is our work. This responsibility requires a purposeful and creative approach that respects everyone's needs. Individuals matter as do communal experiences that create camaraderie and connectedness ...

Well done to our 2023 (I)GCSE students who achieved an impressive set of results across the board.
For the third year in a row, Tanglin has been named in the top 125 private schools globally in the Spear’s School Index by Carfax Education, and is one of 15 schools selected from the China and Southeast Asia region.
Congratulations to our A Level students who have delivered another year of stellar success. The results speak for themselves with 58% achieving an A or A*, compared to the UK average of 27.2%. The challenging Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) aspect of the A Level course was a particular academic highlight with 74% of students achieving an A* to A grade.
Tanglin Trust School is pleased to share that it has once again been listed as one of Singapore's Best Employers 2023, a ranking of the top 200 companies and institutions with at least 200 employees. Tanglin came in the Top 25 and also topped the education category nationwide. This study was released by The Straits Times and global data firm Statista on 18 April 2023.
This year's IB cohort achieved a provisional average Diploma score of 38.7 points, more than 8.5 points above the world average of 30.2. Tanglin is typically among the top three international schools in Singapore for IB results. In a year when the global IB average declined, the school is very proud that our students’ results this year are similar to Tanglin students’ results over the past decade.
Tanglin is pleased to announce that it has won the much-coveted International School of the Year 2023 by ISC Research. The school also won the Ethical Values Education Award, for embedding the rights of children into the school’s ethos and culture as part of UNICEF’s Rights Respecting Schools accreditation (RRSA). "I have been a parent at Tanglin for over 10 years with three children progressing through the Infant, Junior and Senior School. The strong sense of community which extends beyond the classroom fosters a sense of belonging and has played an important role in the development and growth of each of the children beyond the academics."

"I have enjoyed the vast amount of sporting opportunities offered at Tanglin, and I feel that my achievements are down to Tanglin’s coaching philosophy of offering every student irrespective of age or ability the chance to play a sport of their choice."

"Being part of the Tanglin community has been a wonderful experience. The school is very focussed on providing our children a safe and happy environment that is conducive to learning. There is so much thought and planning that goes into every aspect of their learning journey and each child is treated as an individual with unique learning needs."

"The most fulfilling part of my Tanglin career has been seeing students realise their potential and mature as they move through the school. Tanglin students have so many opportunities to follow their passions, with support and encouragement along the way from their peers, teachers and the Tanglin community as a whole."

"What we also like about Tanglin is that the school follows the British curriculum and provides a diverse range of co-curricular activities in a nurturing environment, with access to extraordinary facilities that would broaden Ella’s horizons."
