Yesterday, The Institute at Tanglin had the privilege of hosting His Excellency Nik Mehta and Charlotte Fenton, Head of Communications at the British High Commission in Singapore, for a fascinating discussion on the art of diplomacy.

In an engaging and informal session, they shared insights into their personal career journeys, the broad experiences they have gained, and the many intricacies of diplomatic life. Our Senior Students posed thought-provoking questions on politics, diversity, negotiation, influence, the impact of AI on security and intelligence services and gaining valuable perspectives on global affairs and the (soft and hard!) skills required to navigate them.
