This week, the countdown to Christmas has well and truly begun in the Infant School with Nursery sing-a-longs. Dressed for the occasion in red and green, the children enthusiastically sang, danced and shook their 'jingle bells' to some festive tunes with their parents. They excitedly bumped up and down as they 'rode' their camels, beautifully sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star in Mandarin, and performed the actions to Five Fat Crackers, amongst others. Victoria Thomas, Head of Nursery said: "We've all enjoyed some fantastic singing and amazing actions. Well done to the Nursery children who have been practicing a lot in their music lessons!"
Afterwards the children showed their parents their classrooms and all took part in some Christmas craft activities, including building clay snowmen, taking photos in front of a green screen of the North Pole, creating shiny bookmark gifts, and making Christmas decorations from recycled materials.
