Week in Photos

Term 3, Week 4

On Saturday, over 90 Year 2 and 3 children took part in the annual Tanglin Robotics challenge. Following the theme of the coronation, the children worked collaboratively to design a way to move the King and Queen from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey using their creative coding skills!

Over the weekend a few of our student musicians were invited to perform at Eden Hall as part of King Charles III coronation celebrations and their open house. It was a beautiful event and we were truly honoured to be part of it!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, a few senior students led by our new Head Team & staff well-being committee organised several programmes and activities to raise awareness and funds for the Singapore Association for Mental Health.

We were thrilled to have Chitra Soundar, an internationally published, award-winning author of over 50 childrens books back at Tanglin to tell her delightful stories to our Infant children.

WEX week commenced this week with all of the Year 10 students being placed at over 90 companies, agencies and schools for a week as part of their work experience programme.

In Junior School, children get to pick up soft skills such as cooking and baking or hone their skills to be an ultimate chessmaster as part of their co-curricular programme. At Tanglin, we are simply delighted that our children have the opportunity to pick up new things and have fun in the process!

Year 2 children performed wonderfully at their ensembles concert this week. Well done to all staff and students involved!
