An impressive 19 bands across Middle, Upper and Sixth Form took to the stage at this year's Battle of the Band, with the audience enjoying an eclectic mix of music ranging from Taylor Swift to Slayer! Well done to the two winning bands, Kimchi and the Krayfish (Year 7), and Ashika (Year 10), who will now be entered into the online auditions for the 2024 FOBISIA Battle of The Bands.

Tim Franklin, presenter, ironman and triathalon coach was here for his Singapore stretch of his ultra-endurance run around the world. He made a brief visit to Tanglin to give an inspiring talk to our students.

Our termly lunchtime recital took place this week with our incredible musicians from Junior School delivering outstanding performances. Kudos to all!

On Tuesday, TerraSG was in school this week for a mini exhibition called 'Powering a Brighter Future' in collaboration with Keppel Electric. Students delved into the world of sustainability, exploring topics like energy, green commuting, carbon emissions, and climate change, among others.

Alumnus Angad S (Class of 2012) conducted a sharing session with Sixth Form students aspiring to pursue law in university. Engaging in discussions, he covered various aspects of his legal journey, offering firsthand experiences and valuable guidance.

Friday afternoon was filled with whimsy and wonder as our little stars from Year 1 put up a magical production called 'Fairytale Tea Party'. Look out for more photos on our instagram and Facebook next week!
