Visual Arts

In the Infant School, children experience a diverse range of media and techniques within visual art (craft, design, painting, sculpture, textiles and printmaking) and multi-media art (including photography and digital arts).

The Junior School’s Art curriculum focuses on individual skills development, personal expression and an empathy to the global diversity of Art of different times and cultures. Through a diversity of media, individual and collaborative art is actively inspired.

The creative process of making Art is at the heart of the Senior Art department’s ethos. Students are taught skills with a wide variety of materials and techniques whilst maintaining an open-minded attitude to all forms of artistic expression. Perseverance and the ability to learn independently are fostered through our sustained project-based approach. We have a strong reputation in Singapore's artistic community for robust artworks with an exciting use of media.

Students of all ages can participate in exhibitions in school, Singapore and International Arts festivals.
